Important notice:  Entertainment Partners payroll checks will look different starting April 6. 

Beginning April 6, 2026, payroll checks from Entertainment Partners will arrive in envelopes that look different than what you’re accustomed to.  These changes are part of ongoing security enhancements designed to protect your pay from mail theft.

What’s changing: 

EP payroll envelopes will no longer have a company logo or familiar return address.

• The return address will be a PO Box.
• The envelope window will be smaller to make it harder to see that it contains a check.

Payroll timing and processing remain the same. 

Because the envelope may look unfamiliar, after April 6 please be careful to ensure that you do not discard envelopes that may contain payroll checks.
