General Processing
Please remind participants that the current administrator, BPA, will continue processing all work received through June 30, 2026.
If BPA is unable to complete processing before the transition, any outstanding items will be forwarded to PSWA for completion.
Self-Payments
The Self-Pay Statements BPA mailed last week instructed participants to send their Self-Pay payments to:

These payments will be sent directly to PSWA.
Participants who make Self-Payments through BPA's online portal may continue using that portal through June 30, 2026.
Effective July 1, 2026, participants will be able to access the Trust website at www.iatselocal33trusts.com, where they can log in and make their Self-Payments.
On July 1, PSWA will email all participants for whom we have records of prior online credit card Self-Payments. The email will include instructions for continuing online payments, along with a temporary password to access the Trust website and payment portal. This email will be sent from noreply@pswadmin.com.
Please note that this communication is currently being finalized and will not be distributed until it has been approved by legal counsel and the Board of Trustees.
While PSWA may not yet have access to all participant information before July 1, we will make every effort to assist participants, including coordinating with BPA when necessary.

These phone numbers will transition to PSWA as part of the administrative change.
