If you are calling to "pick up" or confirm a call for which you have been requested, you may call in EARLIER to pick it up if you know it has been placed, but please call by the end of your seniority group's time. After hours we have only one line and that is often busy with emergencies, last-minute replacements and additions and so on.
*** If you are a steward, producer or department head calling to PLACE calls, you may call in on the hotline. That number is available from the main Local office at 818-841-9233, or from the call stewards. Please place your calls before 12:45 pm. If you don't have all of the information, place as many calls as you can. ***

At the August 13, 2023, General Membership Meeting the Call-in Times were changed for Group 3's and 4's effective August 16, 2023. The schedule was updated on our website so you can review regularly. The Call times for 3's and 4's are as follows
Group 3's 3:00 pm- 3:40 pm M-F and 11:00 am to 11:40 am Sat.
Group 4's 3:45 pm- 4:55 pm M-F and 11:45 am to 12:55 pm Sat.
