Several Large Upcoming Events

From the Business Representative – Theatre
Brothers and Sisters,
Starting around October 22, 2017 and going through November 7, 2017
Several large events will be taking place in Orange County. Coast2Coast Production Services
will be looking to Local 33 to help with the labor demands on these events.
Coast2Coast has hired William Raleigh to be the Supervising Payroll manager for this.
He will be putting in calls through the Call Board for at least one of the venues there.
If you are planning on or would like to work in Orange County for these events you can pre-fill your necessary paperwork (W-4 and I-9 and possibly the check off form of 4%) on line.
This will save a lot of time prior to going to a venue.
Again, most of 33’s calls will be going through the Call Board this year.
If you pre-fill your paperwork, you will be automatically registered to be on an over hire list that Local 504 will have if more people are needed.
If you want your wages and Benefits to be through Local 33, YOU must let the person you are signing in with know that you are either a member of Local 33 or a casual permit through Local 33.
When you are finished for the day from any of these calls, there will be a central location you can go to and register that you are available for more work. Check with your lead person as to where this registration room/tent is located.
