Cheryl Wallach has been practicing law since 1991 in the field of workers’ compensation. She is a State Bar certified specialist in Workers’ Compensation and a zealous advocate for injured workers. She will be speaking on how to protect your job while maximizing your benefits. As well as, how to untangle the maze of state laws and regulations. Topics will include cumulative trauma injuries, psychological injuries and industrial diseases, medical provider networks, temporary disability, job retraining vouchers, permanent disability benefits, death benefits, and social security and state disability insurance benefits.
Cheryl has been handling IATSE cases, with all the IATSE locals, since 1998 and is very familiar with the specific issues that arise within our industry.
