Instructions are on the hiring paperwork tab,  you can either fill them out online, print them and bring it to the job site for signature or you can fill them out online and then email them to c2cps.doc@gmail.com. 

All crew will need to wear a hard hat during overhead rigging days, if you have one please bring it, hard hats will be provided for those who don't have one, its theirs to keep but if they lose it, they will either have to buy a new one at $12 per hat or be replaced if they don't have one during rigging.
