While waiting for the union to call you it is a good idea to make sure you have all of the required tools (http://ia33.org/index.cfm?zone=/unionactive/view_article.cfm&homeID=230686), a flashlight and multi-tools aren’t required, but are a good idea. It is a good idea to have these in a bag and ready to go at a moment’s notice.
